Turns out this thing is pretty good! I originally wanted one of the other Ipaq models without the GPS. My original model, a 4925,quit in two weeks and I took it back to the place of purchase. I complained about paying the extra money but now, I'm glad that I did. It has become a real help especially for work as I do a lot of travelling by car. The Tom-Tom system is easy to use and the display is excellent. One thing I did notice is that the mapping could be updated especially for areas in Canada. You are supposed to be able to do this from the Tom Tom web-site but I have yet to figure it out. Anyway, My Travel Companion has become exactly that and one that I wouldn't want to be without.
